This website is operated by Summer Floral Studio. By visiting our site and purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction when using our service.

3. Products and Pricing

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are subject to change without notice. We are not liable for pricing errors — if a product is listed at an incorrect price, we will notify you and cancel the order if needed.

As our products are fresh flowers, please note that colors, sizes, and arrangements may vary slightly from the photos shown. This is due to the natural characteristics of flowers and seasonal availability.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept payments through our online checkout powered by Shopify.

5. Delivery

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed at least 3–4 hours in advance.

Delivery fees vary depending on location within Metro Manila. Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to traffic and weather conditions.

For surprise deliveries, we recommend informing the recipient in advance to avoid missed deliveries.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses, incomplete contact information, or the recipient being unavailable.

6. Returns and Refunds

Fresh flowers are perishable — we do not accept returns or exchanges once delivered.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours with a photo and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Cancellations are accepted before we start preparing your bouquet. Same-day orders must be cancelled at least 3 hours before delivery. Custom orders must be cancelled at least 24 hours before delivery. For full details, see our Return Policy page.

7. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, as flowers are natural products, the actual arrangement may differ slightly from what is shown on the website.

8. Personal Information

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By placing an order, you consent to the collection and use of your information for order processing and delivery purposes.

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your order (e.g., delivery services).

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform unlawful acts, to violate any regulations, to infringe upon our intellectual property, to harass or discriminate, to submit false information, or to interfere with the security features of the site.

10. Limitation of Liability

Summer Floral Studio shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service or products.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service that gave rise to the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
