1. Overview

This website is operated by Summer Floral Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site, creating an account, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility

By using our service you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not violate any laws of your jurisdiction when using our service.

3. Products and Pricing

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are subject to change without notice. We are not liable for pricing errors — if a product is listed at an incorrect price, we will notify you and cancel the order if needed.

As our products are fresh flowers, colors, sizes, and arrangements may vary slightly from the photos shown. This is due to the natural characteristics of flowers and seasonal availability.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

Payment is required at the time of purchase, processed securely through Shopify Payments.

5. Delivery

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed at least 3–4 hours in advance.

Delivery fees vary depending on location within Metro Manila. Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to traffic and weather conditions.

For surprise deliveries, we recommend informing the recipient in advance to avoid missed deliveries.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses, incomplete contact information, or the recipient being unavailable.

6. Returns and Refunds

Fresh flowers are perishable — we do not accept returns or exchanges once delivered.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours with a photo and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Cancellations are accepted before we start preparing your bouquet. Same-day orders must be cancelled at least 3 hours before delivery. Custom orders must be cancelled at least 24 hours before delivery. For full details, see our Return Policy.

7. Customer Accounts

Creating an account is optional. If you do, sign-in is handled through Shopify's Customer Account API — we never see or store your password.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for any activity that takes place under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@summerfloralstudio.com. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent activity.

8. Reviews and User Content

Reviews on our site are limited to verified customers — only people whose email matches a paid or fulfilled order containing the product can submit a review for it.

By submitting a review (text, rating, or photos), you confirm that the content is your own honest opinion, does not contain personal information of others, is not defamatory, and does not violate any third-party rights or laws.

You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, reproduce, and adapt your reviews and any photos you attach to them for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving our store. You retain ownership of your content.

We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these Terms, are off-topic, contain spam or hate speech, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You can request the removal of your own review at any time.

9. Discount Codes and Coupons

We may issue discount codes (for example, as a thank-you for leaving a review). Unless otherwise stated, codes are:

• Single-use per customer
• Non-transferable and have no cash value
• Valid for the period stated in the email or on the code itself
• Not combinable with other discount codes
• Subject to any minimum-order or product-eligibility rules shown at issuance

We may revoke a discount code if we suspect fraud, abuse, or if the underlying review or order is later refunded or cancelled.

10. Personal Information

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our service you consent to the collection and use of your information as described there.

11. Intellectual Property

All site content — including text, product photography, design, logos, and arrangements — is owned by Summer Floral Studio or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

12. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose; to solicit others to perform unlawful acts; to violate any regulations; to infringe upon our intellectual property; to harass or discriminate; to submit false or misleading information (including fake reviews); to scrape, mass-download, or otherwise systematically extract data; or to interfere with the security features of the site.

13. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, as flowers are natural products, the actual arrangement may differ slightly from what is shown on the website.

14. Limitation of Liability

Summer Floral Studio shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service or products.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service that gave rise to the claim.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought in the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated revision date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
